So for the past couple weeks, I've been fighting with my laptop.
I got so frustrated last night around midnight, that I wrote my mother a really angry email about how I was going to throw my computer out the window. While writing the email, my computer crashed yet again, and someone set off the fire alarm.
It's crashed three times since then. I called my mother, who thankfully had not read my ridiculous email, and she told me to buy a new laptop. I told her that was ridiculous. I cannot buy a new laptop. I do not have 1500 dollars. She does not have 1500 dollars she can waste on a laptop for me. It crashed again while I was explaining to her that it was unnecessary.

Needless to say, my mother bought me a new computer. I'm completely spoiled and disgusting. I suck.

After 5 days (for free shipping) I will be the proud owner of a beautiful new Macbook. Dell can rot in hell.

Oh, and I'm back at school. It's all really good. My suite is nice. My room is cozy. Jonah really likes the Pacific Northwest. Classes start tomorrow...

My mom just called to say that we sold Gloria. I'm excited because Jonah was really expensive and we totally needed the money, but it's still really sad. She was the perfect first car. Goodbye Gloria.

I'm out of here in five days.

I have 11 4 2 more pages a conclusion to write before 5:00 tomorrow.

Legal pads make me feel intelligent. Even if all I'm doing is scribbling on them.

I've mended some friendships that I had anticipated going into summer and losing.

I saw KT Tunstall in Seattle last night. For free. She was amazing. And then we ran around backstage, but we couldn't find her. We did run into the opener, Paddy Casey, however, and he was adorable. And approximately 4'5.

My friend's dad was in an article on the front page of the Washington Post last week for disapproving of the Bush administration's practices in Palestine. Not gonna lie, I think it's pretty fucking awesome. He resigned from working over there in protest. He's fucking baller.

Cranberry juice and espresso do not go well together.

Bleu Spoon is closing tonight. Y'all should eat there today.

Happy Mother's Day, everyone.

Three life updates:

One: This evening, my iTunes reached 9000 songs. Well, 9018, but still.

Two: I am 104% in love with this man:

Three: Ben Folds played Zak and Sara tonight. It was the most amazing moment of my life.
